Elevation Central is a boutique wellness retreat, training, and integration center and the home of the Living Arts Institute founded by Christy Lynn.​

Designed as a space for deep inquiry, embodiment, and integration, the center offers Yoga trainings, curated retreats, transformational coaching, yoga philosophy and therapeutics, sacred ceremonies, intentional gatherings, and conscious community experiences.
